Surrey, United Kingdom – Mouchel Parkman has been selected by the Highways Agency for its Project Support Framework (PSF) agreement.

Mouchel Parkman is one of 14 major companies on the four-year contract, which will provide a full range of services to support various Highways Agency projects, primarily early contractor involvement (ECI) schemes more than £5m in value.

Specialist services will include project and contract management, cost control, feasibility studies, land surveys, geotechnical surveys, and ecological and environmental studies. Mouchel Parkman will be supported by its key supply chain partner Birse.

PSF succeeds the Consultancy Framework Agreement for Design Services (CFADS), which Mouchel Parkman was appointed to in 2001, and will be delivered by Mouchel Parkman’s Major Projects teams based in the Ellesmere Port, Manchester, Northallerton, Sutton Coldfield, Trowbridge and West Byfleet offices.
