Mouchel Parkman wins Kirklees MC Framework Commission
Surrey, United Kingdom – Mouchel Parkman has secured a three-year framework commission for highways and transportation works with Kirklees Metropolitan Council in West Yorkshire.
Mouchel Parkman is one of two companies appointed to the new framework, which runs until February 2009, with a possible extension until 2016.
Running the commission out of its Leeds office, Mouchel Parkman will provide specialist services to the Council, including:
- highway design,
- transportation planning,
- bridge design, and
- traffic management.
Mouchel Parkman first won the previous framework in 2003 under the Parkman banner and managed it from its Ellesmere Port office delivering all aspects associated with highway-related projects to the Council.
‘We are delighted to have retained this important strategic commission. I believe the foundations have been laid for this partnership to go from strength to strength and to provide excellent highways for the people of Kirklees,’ says commission director Mani Ghomi.
