Brussels, Belgium – The association of European Rail Infrastructure Managers (EIM) welcomes the publication of the revised 2001 Transport White Paper. EIM acknowledges the Commission’s commitment to consult further before proposing new measures. However, EIM wonders what has become of the intention of the original White Paper to decide on European transport policy. It is now high time to act.
