STRABAG: Change in the Supervisory Board
Vienna, Austria – Ök. Rat Dr Christian Konrad has resigned his seat as Chairman of STRABAG’s Supervisory Board as from 29 November 2006. It has been possible to obtain the services of Prof. DDr Waldemar Jud, the acknowledged expert for Company Law and European Stock Corporation Law, as new Supervisory Board Chairman. Mag. Erwin Hameseder, General Manager of the Raiffeisen-Holding, Vienna – Lower Austria, holds the function of deputy.
Prof Jud is head of the Institute for Austrian and International Trade and Commercial Law at the Karl-Franzens-University in Graz.
Dr Konrad was Chairman of STRABAG’s Supervisory Board from 2003 to 2006.
