Mannheim, Germany – The Supervisory Board at Bilfinger Berger AG has appointed Kenneth Reid (41) to the Executive Board effective January 1, 2007.

Kenneth Reid is currently a member of the Executive Management at Bilfinger Berger BOT GmbH where the Group’s concessions businesses are bundled. As a member of the Executive Board he will be responsible for concessions activities and will have additional responsibilities in the Civil business segment.
